JB Made It is a UK drill producer based in London. He’s a member of Finesse Foreva, a collection of London based producers that specialize in the UK Drill sound. UK drill production is commonly used by Brooklyn drill artists, including Fivio Foreign’s June 2019 breakout hit “Big Drip” while Drake has experimented with the UK drill sound on several occasions, one being December 2019’s “War.”

Wooo (We On Our Own), from Brownsville, and Woo (We One Order) are two affiliated collectives of gang sets from Brooklyn, New York. Though made famous beyond NY by drill artist Pop Smoke, there are many rappers within the Brooklyn drill scene that are associated with the Woo, such as Fivio Foreign, or Wooo, such as Sosa Geek, hence the shoutout provided here.

The Drew League is an annual basketball league located in Los Angeles, California that takes place in the summer months of the calendar year. Many NBA players have played and continue to play at The Drew League- some of the players can be seen here. Drake is ballin' or stunting at a high level off the court like the players at The Drew League are ballin' on the court.

“Ends'” is a London slang term for a neighborhood. Drake first used the term on his February 2015 song “Used To” when he quoted lyrics from UK artist Skepta’s June 2014 song “That’s Not Me”:

Shout out to the G’s from the ends
We don’t love no girls from the ends

“Ten”—short for “Ten Toes”—is a London slang term for being on foot and “Southside” refers to the southside of Galloway, an area in Scarborough, Toronto.

“Blem” is slang for being high. While it is used in Toronto, it has Jamaican origins. Jamaican communities have adopted slightly different meanings for the word, as it originally meant the blending of marijuana and grabba, a tobacco leaf.

Drake has used on the term on his March 2017 track, “Blem”: I’m blem for real, I might just say how I feel. Drake likens Brooklyn’s Sosa Geek and Fivio Foreign to the Brooklyn Nets Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving. The Nets signed Durant and Irving to four-year contracts in July 2019.

The Toronto-Dominion Bank (TD Bank) is a Canadian multinational bank spanning into the United States of America.

Drake compares his bank account to be as opulent as Kylie Jenner, socialite and businesswoman. In 2019, Forbes named Jenner as the youngest billionaire in history at 21 years old. Drake and Jenner have previously been rumored to be romantically linked. While they have been spotted partying together, nothing has come out of the relationship.

Drake has shouted out his hometown bank before, on Lil Wayne’s 2018 track “Family Feud”:

Ayy, tell me if TD Bank is approvin' loans
I’m thinkin' of payin' Wayne what Universal owes

Kylie and her sister Kendall Jenner were also referenced in an unreleased Drake collaboration with Future, titled “20 Hoez”:

Real shit, Kylie Jenner, that’s a side piece
Yeah, I got 20 mothafuckin' Kylies
Nigga, I got 20 damn Kylies
Yeah, I got 20 damn Kendalls (20, ayy)

The “wooo walk” is a dance popularized by New York Drill rappers like Pop Smoke, Fetty Luchiano and Sosa Geek. Its name derives from the local “Wooo” gang. The dance consists of three moves: sideways heel kicking, alternating steps from toe to heel, followed by an ‘in and out’ singing motion of the legs.
